When you commit to placing an order via this website you agree to be bound by this sales / returns policy. All orders placed via this website must be done in good faith, and are considered a promise to buy. All information you supply during the ordering process must be true and correct. In the event of a product being temporarily out of stock, Secretbox Australia will contact the customer offering a substitute of equivalent value.

Pricing
All prices quoted on the web page are current as of the date the product page was generated by our system. In case of a discrepancy between the product page price and the shopping cart price, the Shopping cart price at the time of order will take precedence, and will be the price applicable in the case that an order is placed. The prices listed on our shopping cart include all relevant taxes including G.S.T. All prices are subject to change without notice. In the event that a product is displayed in error or a pricing error has occurred, Secretbox Australia will cancel the order and notify the customer. Errors and omissions are excluded.

Payments
Payments may be made by Credit Card using the Paypal Transaction Server. In some cases we may require the customer to pay in advance via a direct bank deposit, cash or bank cheque. If special circumstances dictate one of these alternate payment methods, you will be contacted by one of our Customer Service Representatives for arrangements to be made.

Warranty
Due to the personal nature of the products Secretbox Australia sells, we can not provide any warranty or returns on personal items for hygiene reasons.

Delivery
Under no circumstances will Secretbox Australia ship outside the country of Australia. All orders are via Couriers Please. The delivery time for each order is based on the availability time for the Product(s) + Shipping time. Shipping time varies from area to area, and can be anywhere up to 7 working days. In the case where multiple products are ordered together, available items will be shipped immediately, outstanding products will be shipped as they become available. In circumstances where a particular product will be delayed for a lengthy time, Secretbox Australia will endeavour to advise the customer of the situation and make any arrangements or adjustments necessary.
